Terms of service

The terms for using this site and hiring Arboria Marketing: what each service includes, VAT, payments, late payment, domain and hosting.

Last updated: 1 November 2026.

Who we are

Arboria Marketing is a marketing, content and automation service run by Alejandro Romeral in Paraguay. Contact: [email protected] and +595 994 467202. By using this site or hiring a service you accept these terms.

Using the site

The site is informational. You may use it freely to learn about our services and get in touch. You may not copy its text, images or design to pass them off as your own, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Contracted services

Each job is set out in a written contract or quote that defines the service: what is and isn't included, the deliverables, the number of revisions, the deadlines and the price. Anything not listed there is quoted separately. That document prevails over anything on this site.

Prices and VAT

Published prices are a guide and are in guaraníes. They include the 10% VAT that applies to services unless stated otherwise, and we issue an invoice for every payment.

Payment terms

The contract states whether the service is paid in a single payment or in instalments, with the amount and date of each. Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is paid to start and the rest on delivery. Recurring services (monthly or yearly) are paid in advance at the start of each period.

Late payment and non-payment

If a payment is late, we let you know and you have a period to catch up:

  • Websites, hosting and digital menus: 60 days from the due date. After that, the site or menu is suspended until payment is made.
  • Content creation, social media and ads: 15 days from the due date. After that, we pause production and publishing until payment is made.

Once you catch up, the service is reactivated. Delivery deadlines move by the time the service was paused.

Domain and hosting

Your website's domain is registered in the name of Arboria Marketing, which renews it every year. If you'd rather hold it in your own name, you register it yourself and handle and pay for its yearly renewal. Website hosting is included for the first year; from year two it costs PYG 300,000 a year. The digital menu has its own fee, shown on its page.

What we need from you

To meet deadlines we need the information, photos, access and approvals we ask for on time. If something is delayed on your side, the deadline moves accordingly. You are responsible for holding the rights to the material you give us (logos, photos, text, music).

Connected accounts and platforms

Some services require you to give us access to your accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, WhatsApp Business or others) or to connect one of them to our tools. We use that access only for what was agreed: publishing, scheduling, measuring results or managing ads on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from each platform's settings. Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.

Ownership of the work

Once fully paid, the final work (designs, copy, photos, videos, websites) is yours to use as you wish. The generic tools, templates and automations we use to make it remain ours.

Showing your business on our channels

We reserve the right to show the work we did and your business name on our website, social media and portfolio, unless the contract says otherwise. We never publish confidential data or internal information about your business.

AI-generated content

Some photos, videos and copy are created or enhanced with artificial intelligence tools. We review them before delivery, but please review them too before publishing.

Results and liability

We work to get your business more visits and enquiries, but we cannot guarantee sales or specific results, as they also depend on the market, the product and platforms we do not control. Ad spend is paid by you to each platform and is not included in our fee unless stated. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.
